The Japanese word Ikigai (生き甲斐) can mean having a sense of purpose in life,
as well as being a source of motivation. It has already been used in the 1960s
in a sense of following one's own path.

It is the old wisdom that emerged as "New Work" in the western civilization.
Aaron Dignan summarized it perfectly in his book "Brave New Work" in 2019.

We try to embrace both worlds. If you want to walk this path with us - here you go.
